Estate Planning Services
Estate planning will help you meet your objectives in passing on your
accumulated wealth to your desired beneficiaries, not the government.
Implementing a plan is very important to consider before it is too late. We
invite you to schedule a consultation to discuss your estate tax planning
issues. Since we are experienced with estate administration and estate tax
planning, we can help identify estate planning issues and develop an estate plan
that accomplishes your goals. This is a planning area that if properly
addressed, can bring you great peace of mind, and result in substantial tax
savings.

Financial Planning
Personal
financial planning involves a number of inter-related yet distinct disciplines.
By applying the principles of cash management, tax planning, investment planning
and estate planning to your specific needs, you can make the maximum use of your
pre-tax and after-tax dollars. The process can be time consuming, yet the
result, a practical financial plan and investment program, can be very important
in helping you reach your goals.

Comprehensive Financial Planning
The analysis is based on the information supplied by the client. The results
provide:
- An overall view of your present financial situation
- An analysis of your family's future financial needs
- An examination of the impact of time and the potential effects of inflation
- An evaluation of your goals to see if they are realistic and practical
- Possible modifications or changes to help achieve your goals
The plan will show how much money you need to save and invest, the rate of
return required to accomplish your goals, and how much insurance you need, if
any; it will also show you how to implement your course of action. The
combination of setting goals, planning, implementing and monitoring, result in a
complete program.

Life Insurance Planning
In today's economy, the death of one individual can cause a substantial
financial hardship for survivors. This plan will help determine if you have
immediate cash to cover expenses that include burial costs and final expenses.
Immediate cash needs at death are determined by subtracting immediate expenses
from liquid assets and life insurance proceeds. If the liquid assets and
insurance do not cover all immediate expenses then additional funds or insurance
coverage may be required to pay off the remaining expenses. The plan would also
consider adequate funding for the needs of the surviving spouse and
dependents.

Retirement Planning
This analysis will help the client understand if they are on target for their
retirement. Some things to consider in planning are: Will you rely on Social
Security as part of your retirement? How much in today's dollars would you be
comfortable retiring on? Have you saved enough to reach your desired comfort
level? Many of these questions can be answered in "What if" scenarios.

Long-Term Care Planning
An analysis of the client's long-term care insurance is an important part of
retirement planning. It illustrates how your assets would be depleted in the
event that you require long-term health-care. Medicare coverage pays for only
six percent of all long-term health-care costs in the United States. It is
extremely important to consider the impact of long-term care in financial
planning so it does not consume assets in an unplanned manner.

Education Planning
A plan is developed for the client that will show the best way to accumulate
enough money for future higher education expenses. This plan will consider the
future cost (factoring in inflation) of tuition and how much to set aside
annually to cover future expenses.

Disability Insurance Planning
Members of your household may be dependent upon the income of each wage
earner. The financial impact of a disability can be devastating. If you are
unable to work, the subsequent loss of income can interfere with your family's
ability to meet its monthly expenses or save for future retirement needs. The
purpose of this plan is to provide an analysis that illustrates the monthly
shortfall in your income during a long-term disability, using your current
standard of living and available income sources.

Investment Management Services
Asset Allocation
An investment strategy is designed and recommended for the client based on
the client's investment objectives, expectations, time horizon and risk
tolerance. This requires a periodic review of the portfolio based on changes in
the client's objectives. Part of the strategy is to re balance at least once a
year in order to minimize risk, while maintaining the investment's
potential.

Active Investment
Management
Active investment management starts where asset
allocation leaves off. Investments are managed to minimize your tax burden and
maximize your returns, at an acceptable level of risk. Risk is determined by
answering a series of questions that allows us to evaluate what the purpose and
timeframe is for your investment. Then, we would invest your assets according to
your risk tolerance. Our investment manager has experience using technical
indicators to manage client's portfolios. He uses the predictive value of these
indicators to protect or emphasize certain market positions.
